𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱 | Youth, Sustainability, Impact: Coaching for Change 🌱(Erasmus+ KA2)🗣️

Our third Learning Experience took place in Alhaurín de la Torre, Spain, on April 15to 23th.🎯

We focused on empowering youth workers with practical skills in essential areas such as communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement, intercultural competence, self-advocacy, and stress management.

Throughout the project, participants had the opportunity to:

✅ Master strategies for clear and impactful communication in various contexts,

✅ Learn how to effectively engage stakeholders and build meaningful partnerships,

✅ Develop techniques to maintain well-being even in challenging situations.
